Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the recruitment sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within the recruitment sector, including but not limited to client acquisition, networking, and lead generation.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our recruitment services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients, providing support and assistance as needed.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and client feedback for management review.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the recruitment sector, with a proven track record of business development and sales success.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Knowledge of the recruitment industry landscape, including market trends, competitor analysis, and client needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
